Across six bi-weekly sessions, you’ll receive steady, grounded support while strengthening self-awareness, emotional resilience, and the ability to make choices that align with your purpose. This engagement offers dedicated space to explore your leadership identity, clarify the behaviors and beliefs that shape your effectiveness, and build the skills that support grounded, inclusive, values-aligned leadership.

Throughout this longer-term partnership, you’ll gain clarity on your purpose, strengthen emotional intelligence, and develop practical strategies that elevate how you communicate, collaborate, and navigate complexity. Clients often experience increased confidence, improved relationships, and a more intentional, authentic leadership presence.

The Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) is a research-based 360° assessment that measures not only leadership behaviors but also the internal beliefs, assumptions, and patterns of thought that drive them. It provides a clear, integrated view of your strengths, reactive tendencies, and overall leadership effectiveness.

Partnering with Angela through this assessment, debrief, and focused coaching offers the opportunity to understand how others experience your leadership and identify the shifts that can most positively influence your impact. This engagement provides meaningful insight and a practical foundation for intentional, sustained leadership growth.

• Leadership Circle Profile Assessment with all supporting materials and reports
• One 90-minute Leadership Circle Profile debrief session
• One 50-minute Leadership Vision session (scheduled within two weeks of the debrief)

Description

This in-depth spiritual life coaching package will allow you the time and space to bridge the gap from where you are now and where you want to be. 

With this package, you'll partner with Christine to identify your values, highlight your deepest motivators for change and build on your existing strengths while also enhancing your emotional intelligence and self-awareness, fostering greater self-efficacy, and developing strategies to overcome any obstacles to your success. 

Effective for all areas of life, including health & wellness, fun & recreation, relationships, career and personal development/growth.

You'll experience clarity around how to better accomplish what you need to do and a greater sense of who and how you are being!

Includes:

• 1 - 90 minute Discovery session
• A minimum of 12 - 50 minute coaching Sessions, ideally scheduled every other week
• Text and/or email support
• 15 minute power calls between sessions
• Vision creation and on-going revision
• Goal setting and on-going review
• Accountability
• Targeted resources for clients including Wheel of Life and Values exercises
• Option to add sessions or move to monthly check-ins once foundational package is complete

Monthly

5 30-minute Reiki sessions per month

Ideally 2 sessions first week, weekly thereafter

OR

4 1-hour Reiki sessions per month

Ideally 1 session every week

3 or 6 Months

2 1-hour Reiki sessions per month

Ideally 1 session every other week

We'll partner with you to develop a customized program to fit your needs that highlights our specific skill sets, expertise, and experience to ensure you experience the outcomes you're seeking.
